Dr. Farouq Murad holds a medical degree from universities in Algeria, specializing in pediatric surgery. He began his professional career in surgery, working in several hospitals in Jordan and abroad. Later, he transitioned to technical administration at the Islamic Hospital in Amman, where he played a key role in the hospital’s development, enhancing its status as a specialized and distinguished medical institution through his leadership in expansion and modernization efforts.

Dr. Farouq has extensive experience in establishing and managing companies, factories, and hospitals. He founded Nafis Consulting and Investment, which led to the establishment and opening of the Science and Technology Hospital in Yemen, now considered one of the country’s leading healthcare institutions.

In 2012, he took on the role of General Manager at Al-Taqaddum Pharmaceutical Industries and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors before being elected Chairman in 2022, a position he holds to this day.

Additionally, Dr. Farouq holds leadership and advisory positions in several companies and manufacturing firms, including:

• Dar Al-Aman Investment Company

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dr. Bashir Al-Jabari is a prominent figure in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors, with extensive expertise in managing and marketing pharmaceutical products and establishing medical companies.

He began his career in France, where he trained in several pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and worked for two specialized pharmaceutical distribution companies, gaining early experience in the field. Later, he moved to Saudi Arabia and Yemen, where he managed the marketing of Swiss pharmaceutical company Sandoz’s products before serving as the company's General Manager in Saudi Arabia from 1978 to 1990. He also played a key role in founding the Arab Company for Pharmaceutical Marketing and Distribution in the Saudi market.

In 1980, he founded the Medical and Pharmaceutical Services Company, which became a leading distributor of pharmaceutical products and nutritional supplements before expanding into medical supplies and dental preparations. Since 1991, he has served as the General Manager and Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Dr. Bashir joined Al-Taqaddum Pharmaceutical Industries as a key partner in 2017 and has been the Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors since 2023. He also holds investments and partnerships in various fields, including trade, dental supplies, media production, and sustainable cultivation of medical products.

He holds an advanced degree in industrial pharmacy and management from French universities and continues to contribute to the development of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries in the region.
 

Secretary of the Board of Directors

Dr. Al-Sayyid Al-Arabi Nouman Salam holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Cairo University, a Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences in pharmaceutical analysis, and a PhD in pharmaceutical technologies from the United Kingdom.

He began his professional career in academic teaching before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry in 1987. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in this sector, covering research and development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, establishing himself as an expert in pharmaceutical technologies.

Engineer Mahmoud Dughish is an experienced electrical engineer with extensive expertise in electrical engineering and project management. He has contributed to the development and implementation of numerous projects in Jordan and the region.

In 1994, he founded Elaf Contracting Company, where he serves as a founding partner and Chairman of the Board, leading the company’s expansion in the contracting and electromechanical sectors. Prior to that, he worked at Diran Contracting Company as Head of the Electromechanical Works Department from 1984 to 1994.

Alongside his role in the contracting sector, Engineer Mahmoud has been a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Taqaddum Pharmaceutical Industries since 2011 and is also a founding partner of the company. Additionally, he serves as a board member of Al-Mazar Engineering Company and works as a consultant in electrical engineering and energy in Jordan for the Professional Accreditation Authority. He is also a member of the Jordan Engineers Association.

He actively contributes to the development of engineering standards and specifications through his membership in several technical committees, including:

• The Technical Committee for Jordanian Electrical Codes
• The Technical Committee for Jordanian Electrical Specifications
• The Medium and Low Voltage Cable Specifications Committee (JSMO)

He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Damascus University, Syria, and continues to contribute to the development of engineering infrastructure in Jordan and the region.

Engineer Yasser Zubair is a founding partner of Al-Taqaddum Pharmaceutical Industries and has extensive experience in business management, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
He holds an engineering degree from an American university and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Taqaddum Pharmaceutical Industries since 2022, where he contributes to developing the company’s strategies and strengthening its market presence.

Engineer Omar Farouq Murad currently serves as the General Manager of Almas Bottled Water Company, where he has gained extensive experience in the manufacturing and industrial management sector through his progression in various roles within the company.

In addition, he holds a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Applied Science University. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Taqaddum Pharmaceutical Industries since 2012 and is also a founding partner of the company, reflecting his active role in the development of the industrial sector.

Engineer Ziad Murtaja is an experienced business leader with a proven track record of steering major companies toward success in Saudi Arabia. He has extensive expertise in restructuring, developing growth strategies, and enhancing financial and operational performance.

He served as the CEO of AlAjou Group Trading, where he led the company's restructuring and developed a new growth strategy. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) from 2017 to 2022, successfully leading its initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (TASI), making it the first fully integrated IT systems company to be listed.

From 2014 to 2017, he was the CEO of Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia, during which the company achieved its highest revenue and profit in its 35-year history.

Before that, he led Hewlett-Packard (HP) Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2013 and then took on the role of Senior Director of Networking for the Middle East and Africa. In this capacity, he played a key role in strengthening partnerships with Saudi companies and contributed to empowering women in the technology sector by hiring 67 female engineers over five years.

He began his career at Cisco Systems, where he held several leadership positions between 2000 and 2009, further solidifying his expertise in technology and digital transformation.

Engineer Ziad holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Kuwait University, along with advanced certifications in leadership and management.
